Booking and Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24-hour prior to the scheduled appointment time. The payor can opt to pay online at the time of booking. Payment options include online and via EFTPOS at the time of the appointment.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment please SMS or call Clare on 0428 985 496. Note cancelling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a charge which will amount to 30% of the scheduled service. Any amount paid in addition to the 30% booking fee will be returned within 1-2 working days.
The full session fee will be charged for all scheduled sessions whereby no prior notice has been given for non-attendance.
