Circle of Security: a programme which will strengthen the already strong child-caregiver relationship. This is for anyone who works with or has children in their life and values the importance of effectively supporting them through the ups and downs of everyday life.

Know someone who has a baby on the way? We want to help by building local parent groups to grow the network around parents-to-be, to explore common issues & questions that may pop up in the first few months of parenthood and connect parents to local health services before baby arrives. The country can be an isolating place for parents with a newborn so our goal is to make it feel less so.

Time poor or know someone with children who is? We can help parents or caregivers concerned about how well they are connecting with a child or concerned about the amount of time they get one on one with them by shifting the focus from the quantity of time to the quality of it.

Child sleep and knowing what is and isn't "normal enough".

Free play and exercise vs screen time and desk based work. Looking at whether we are helping our children get the balance right and ways to combat this difficult issue when we feel like we are not quite nailing it.
